Warranty Terms & Conditions
chassis
The warranty period will be 36 + 2 months. The chassis will be replaced or repaired within the warranty periods.
battery
Battery warranty period will be / 15 / 18 / 36 months + (45 days). This warranty will be fulfilled directly by the OEM. If the OEM delays the warranty process, company will intervene for speedy resolution to the customer’s problem.
Motor
Warranty 12 / 18 / 24 + 2 months Any problems with the motor will be replaced or repaired for a month during the service life.
chassis

Any problem occurring in the alloy rim for 24 + 2 months will be replaced or repaired during the service life.
Steel Wheel
Any problem occurring in the steel wheel for 6+2 months will be replaced or repaired during the service life.
Charger
24/36 + 1 months warranty will be fulfilled directly by the OEM. If the OEM delays the warranty process, company will intervene for speedy resolution to the customer’s problem.
Converter
12 months warranty problem with the converter will be replaced or repaired.
Wire Harness
6 months warranty problem with the wire harness will be replaced or repaired during the service life.
Headlight
Warranty will be up to 3 months.
front Shocker
Warranty will be up to 9 months.
Digital Meter
Warranty will be up to 3 months.
Steel Roof
Warranty will be up to 3 months.
Throttle
warranty will be up to 3 months.
Music System
Warranty will be up to 3 months.!
Terms & Conditions:
Warranty Period starts from the date of vehicle delivery invoice to the customer / Insurance date.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the material under normal usage conditions .
Damage caused by tampering , unauthorized repair or installations will be rejected to cover under warranty.
Damage caused by overloading , accidents or improper handeling will not be covered under warranty.
To avail quick warranty solutions use the bar code stickers on the warranty products.
All warranty claim parts will be repaired or replaced under the warranty policy.
