Features & Technology:
Chassis Design: All steel fabrication including chassis is manufactured with special grade, CRCA, 2D grade high tensile strength material with 24 months warranty has zero % chassis failure rate which is common with all other OEM manufacturers. Surface Painting: we follow automotive grade painting technique by using Epoxy Primer & paint with anti UV protection to avoid colour fading issues.
Power Train electronics: We have specially designed 60 Volt technology power train systems, integrated with high efficiency BLDC motor having max power of Min.2250 watt, & power efficiency rating of 85 % with 24 months warranty. The system delivering a maximum torque, of 56 Newton meter at 256 RPM. Driving current, is only 24-26 amps at 25 kmph speed at a load of 400kgf.
Suspension technology: We uses specially designed, hydraulic oil filled front suspension designed to work at a peak load of 800kgf. With rear suspension of leaf spring of SUP-9 material grade.
Driving wheels: Interglobe uses specially designed CEAT tyres, having maximum load capacity of 360kgf, & high strength aluminium alloy wheels, of material grade A 356.
Super Mileage: Interglobe E-Rickshaw company are mileage king, & delivers a smart mileage of 150/200* km per charge, with tubular batteries, under standard load, & road conditions.
Battery technology: Interglobe USP is their lowest battery failure rate, which is less than 1% which makes Interglobe as a preferred business partner for battery OEM’S. Interglobe Energy has entered into a co- branding agreement, with Eastman Auto & Power Limited since 2019.
Accessories: Any Interglobe e- rickshaw, come with in-built accessories, like Rear Stainless-steel guard, heavy duty luggage carrier, and blue tooth compatible music system, windscreen wiper system, driver fan, cabin lights & mobile charging facility.
